Chef Janisse brings a new concept to the West Bend area.

Firm in her belief to support local farmers and growers, Chef Janisse brings a new concept to the West Bend area by introducing a
specialty menu, Farm to Table.
The unique selections on this menu feature meats that are locally raised,
along side produce that is locally grown. 
Dairy items such as cheese are also supplied by local vendors.

The menu below offers a nice array of choices to the discriminating diner. 
Seasonal Farm to Table menus will be rotated in every few weeks and will be offered in addition to our dinner menu.

Starter

Dominion Valley Farm fresh chicken wings tossed in a Barthel apple and Full Harvest pepper sweet and spicy sauce, served with Roth Kase buttermilk bleu cheese dressing.

Slow-cooked Wisconsin Meadows beef brisket set in a Sweet B's popover, paired with Dominion Valley thick cut bacon-wrapped meatloaf topped with Gourmet Delight mushroom demi with Spring Valley mashed red potatoes and green beans.

White Chicken & Eggplant Chili            $17
Dominion Valley chicken, Farmer's Market roasted eggplant, and Simply Wisconsin ying yang beans, slow-cooked and served with a Bublitz sweet corn bread muffin.

Cajun Fried Catfish     $17
Cajun fried catfish served with a Farmer's Market sweet potato waffle, topped with Dominion Valley maple sausage cream gravy and sauteed spinach.
