Firm in her belief to support local farmers and growers, Chef Janisse brings a new concept to the West Bend area by introducing a
specialty menu, Farm to Table.
The unique selections on this menu feature meats that are locally raised,
along side produce that is locally grown.
Dairy items such as cheese are also supplied by local vendors.
The menu below offers a nice array of choices to the discriminating diner.
Seasonal Farm to Table menus will be rotated in every few weeks and will be offered in addition to our dinner menu.
